Yes, the acai berry is effctive to use as an aid to help with weight loss. For myself I used them but I coupled this with diet and exercise. I did some reading and found that the acai berry was effctive at curbing snacking urges, which is my biggest problem, so I took advantage of the acai berry free trial to get started..and found that in fact that yes it did work to help me curb my mid afternoon urges, once I lost the weight I needed which was only 15lbs.
So in short yes they do work,if you use the product intelligently.

There is no quick fix or amazing pills for weight loss. If there was a little pill that actually worked, don't you think everyone woudl take it?! Eat sensibly and exercise…it'll work every time….

Yes it make you not hungry [But I never tried them] because I don't eat animals and it has fish in them and whey. So yeah veg*n's can't use them.

there is no "magic pill" that will make you lose weight. if there was, we would all look like movie stars. if you take those pills you might experience scary side effects. just eat healthy and work out..

I believe it does not.Acai berries have loads of antioxidants, that is about it.There really isn't a pill or food that makes you lose weight.
Eat less and exercise.Eat foods high in fiber to help you feel full longer.Do not eat past six, or four hours before bed.Drink plenty of water.Exercises at least thirty minutes a day.That will help.

It depends if you change your eating habits. I bought mine a few weeks ago and have lost 9 pounds.
Now I am not sure if I am losing weight because I am eating better or because the Acai chewables.
One thing I did notice is that I am no longer hungry at work as I used to be.
