what exercise should i do for stomach side fat? or lose weight in certain parts of my body w/o loosing it all?
you can’t. you have to lose all over adn tone and build muscle wear you want to keep yor curves. even work yo pecs for you breasts.

Suppousedly when you eat a diet high in sweets you gain belly fat because your body goes into insulin failure. I don’t know if thats true or not because dieting is big business and people say something different every day to try to make money.

its dificult to target one area. each persons body stores fat differently in different areas. all i can recommend is get lots of exercise. replace the area that you dont want to lose with muscle. if youre female and its your chest you dont want to lose, theres not much you can do. you will lose some.

Lie on your side with your legs extended a few inches off the floor. Pull yourself up like you’d be doing side crunches. Keep your feet off the ground. You can also do them standing up. Just go side to side. You’ll feel the burn. It feels good too. Like a good stretch.

Both, loose fat in general and do exercises – lie on your side and lift legs and upper part of your body at once, you can start with lifting only the upper part. Also try to do normal sit-ups (as you do for the front side of your stomach) but when you lift turn left or right with your hands behind your head as if you saw something there.
