What is the Best over the counter Diet Pill out there?

Just the name of the pill will be sufficient! Don’t tell me to exercise and eat lean meat etc. etc…This is for my best friend and I can tell u right now that she is not gonna exercise or lay off the sweets..

    Trim-Spa is actually pretty good. It suppresses your appetite and speeds up your metabolism. Also, it’s not a pill but Red Line weight loss drink from GNC is wonderful. You can actually FEEL it working and it comes with a warning about seeing how your body tolerates it and do not drink more than 2 in a 24 hr period.
