   None are effective, it’s a scam many companies use to exploit people that are looking for a quick fix. Extensive cardio is the best method to loosing weight.

   I have found that eating healthy and excercise works best and is more permament.

   but to answer your question, the ones that I have tried and have had TRUE results are Nutrex Lip-6 and Pro-Rx Laboratories ThermoLean work by far the best, everything out there cant compare.

   The ones that you need to stay away from are Hydroxy Cut, Xenadrine, etc. All those highly commercialized ones dont work! they work for about a week and then thats about it. Here is a link that I am going to provide you with the website that I purchase my stuff from. You wont pay full price at this site. both of those go for around 40 dollars a bottle at the store but at the site they cost i think like 25 dollars or so.
