Weight loss products you recommend?

i am getting married and i need to loose alot of weight rather quickly. please don’t tell me diet and excercise, i can figure out that much on my own.
i am looking for a weight loss pill or product that you have tried and succeeded with.
please do not answer the question unless you have an actual product t suggest.

    Diet is everything. They have a saying with computers, garbage in, garbage out. It works the exact same way with humans. Replace those bacon and eggs with a strawberry / banana / pineapple smoothie, avoid fast food, hit all your food groups. A balenced diet really is the best. Your body wants to be thin, it just needs the right tools!

    The reason people are telling you to diet and exercise is b/c it’s the only healthy way to lose weight. There’s no miracle weight loss pill or else it would be more widely known.

You get like this chocolate or vanilla shake, some pills, and like a list of what u can eat. You do loose the weight but you usually gain it back though. So this should be good for your weading.
